Internet access is available where the equipment in place can support the service.

At some of our site where we have Customer Service Ambassador(s) in place, we can accept payment in cash or debit. If you are renting the service through our Call center or through our rental application, we only accept credit card payment with Visa or Mastercard.

To accommodate your needs for television, phone, and bedside apps, we first need to wire your room for the service, and then pay the cable company for access to content including TV channels, movies, and Internet. The televisions we provide to your room are hospital-grade units that come with a sling arm for proper installation in your room. HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions believes in being a true partner. We pay back a portion of the collected revenue directly to the hospital or the Foundation, which in turn uses it to improve the healthcare service every patient receives.
