She is responsible for several areas of the business, including contracts, risk management, privacy and finance.<\/p><p>At HealthHub, Kim has been integral in creating a new business model that meets the needs of the evolving corporate strategy. She has also executed and implemented five strategic acquisitions and has successfully transitioned the company through two changes in ownership.
