Engagement Solutions are sold on per day basis, with each day being 24 hours, starting at the time of rental activation.<\/li><li>With the purchase and full consumption of a 5-day rental package, the rentee will receive 2 days of free rental. The 2 free days must be consumed as an extension of the 5-day rental package, without interruption. The free days are gifted to and received by the rentee at the end of the 5-day rental package; only then the 5-day rental is extended to 7 days. The free days will be forfeited if the 5-day package is terminated early, or at patient discharge. The free days cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone. Nor can they be used at a later time or banked.<\/li><li>With the purchase and full consumption of a 15-day rental package, the rentee will receive 15 days of free rental. The 15 free days must be consumed as an extension of the 15-day rental package, without interruption. The free days are gifted to and received by the rentee at the end of the 15-day rental package. The free days are forfeited if the 15-day package is terminated early, or at patient discharge. The free days cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone. Rental start time is defined by the rental order.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Any free days<sup>2<\/sup> of rental included in a multi-day rental package cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another patient.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>If a refund is processed before all paid days are used, any free days are forfeited.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Refunds are processed from the <em>time they are requested<\/em>, and will not be backdated.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Once a service interruption is reported, paid days will be either refunded or added to the rental period (the choice is up to the patient). Free days will be added to the rental period, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> There are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NO REFUNDS<\/strong><\/span> for early discharge.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Definitions<\/span><\/p><p><sup>1<\/sup> <strong>Paid days<\/strong> = Days of service paid for with your chosen service package. All paid days must be used before the free days in a package begin. There is 1 paid day in the daily package, 5 paid days in the weekly package and 15 paid days in the monthly package.
