s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital lui a apport\u00e9 un nouveau genre de d\u00e9fi : de longues journ\u00e9es sans les petits plaisirs qui la faisaient tenir. C\u2019\u00e9tait une partie importante de sa routine quotidienne, une fa\u00e7on de rester connect\u00e9e et engag\u00e9e. Quand le syst\u00e8me au chevet des patients est tomb\u00e9 en panne, elle a perdu plus que la t\u00e9l\u00e9 \u2014 elle a perdu un sentiment de contr\u00f4le et de r\u00e9confort. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 fort pour r\u00e9tablir l\u2019acc\u00e8s de madame Erion \u00e0 ses services de divertissement et \u00e0 son syst\u00e8me au chevet. Le retour d\u2019une chose si simple a fait une \u00e9norme diff\u00e9rence. \u00c7a lui a redonn\u00e9 un sentiment de normalit\u00e9, d\u2019autonomie et de joie.
