Une v\u00e9ritable int\u00e9gration se produit lorsque les institutions partagent les budgets et le personnel. Dans un sc\u00e9nario d\u2019int\u00e9gration verticale entre un \u00e9tablissement\nde SLD et un h\u00f4pital, un patient en soins de longue dur\u00e9e pourrait \u00eatre vu par un m\u00e9decin de soins de courte dur\u00e9e sans avoir \u00e0 quitter son lit. En 2023, les acteurs du secteur des soins de sant\u00e9 se concentreront davantage sur les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par l\u2019int\u00e9gration verticale et sur les technologies n\u00e9cessaires pour la soutenir.<\/p><h4>Conclusion\u00a0<\/h4><p>Alors que les r\u00e9percussions de la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19 continuent de se\nfaire sentir dans le secteur des soins de sant\u00e9, perturbant les mod\u00e8les existants\nqui ne servent plus les patients ou les cliniciens, le moment est venu pour les\norganisations de r\u00e9organiser leurs processus internes, de r\u00e9\u00e9valuer les syst\u00e8mes\nobsol\u00e8tes et de revoir leurs approches des soins.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour surmonter les d\u00e9fis cit\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, il faudra que les acteurs des\nsoins de sant\u00e9 adoptent un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit ax\u00e9 sur le num\u00e9rique et adoptent de\nnouvelles solutions transformatrices.
