Toutefois, peu de temps apr\u00e8s l\u2019installation, la<span style=\"color: #0e5391;\"><strong> pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19<\/strong><\/span> a redirig\u00e9 les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, entra\u00eenant l\u2019annulation des plans de formation et des mesures de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019adoption. En 2023, lors d\u2019un examen sur place de l\u2019utilisation de la plateforme, on a constat\u00e9 que la plateforme monUniversSant\u00e9 \u00e9tait sous-utilis\u00e9e. <strong><span style=\"color: #0e5391;\">monUniversSant\u00e9 \u00e9tait sous-utilis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/strong>Les \u00e9quipes cliniques n\u2019\u00e9taient pas conscientes des fonctionnalit\u00e9s cliniques offertes par la plateforme et la percevaient principalement comme un outil de divertissement pour les patients.<\/p><p>Ces r\u00e9sultats ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 un examen plus approfondi des flux de travail actuels du personnel clinique, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant un <span style=\"color: #0e5391;\"><strong>\u00e9cart important dans leur connaissance et leur compr\u00e9hension<\/strong> <\/span>de la valeur clinique de la plateforme monUniversSant\u00e9. La premi\u00e8re phase de cette feuille de route \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9introduction des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de la plateforme et des applications cliniques, telles que les services d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation sur demande, les appels vid\u00e9o et la biblioth\u00e8que de sant\u00e9, aupr\u00e8s du personnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un <span style=\"color: #0e5391;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0e5391;\">customized<\/span> plan personnalis\u00e9 de formation et de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019adoption.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Pendant une p\u00e9riode de neuf jours en d\u00e9cembre 2024, <strong><span style=\"color: #0e5391;\">l\u2019\u00e9quipe des services professionnels de UniversSant\u00e9 a offert de la formation sur place<\/span> <\/strong>incluant des s\u00e9ances par unit\u00e9, sans rendez-vous, en soir\u00e9e, ainsi que des sessions d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux super-utilisateurs. Afin de renforcer les apprentissages et d\u2019encourager une adoption \u00e0 long terme, une s\u00e9rie de <strong><span style=\"color: #0e5391;\">ressources compl\u00e9mentaires<\/span> <\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et distribu\u00e9e.
